Matching Gifts

Want to make your donation go farther?  It’s easy!  Many companies will match donations their employees make to nonprofit organizations like Hailey’s Hope Foundation.  Some companies even match donations made by retirees and spouses.  It could be dollar-for-dollar or even more.  This additional support enables us to provide even more programs and support to NICU families.  To find out if your company has a matching gifts program, please contact your Human Resources Department or Matching Gifts Department.

If your company has a matching gifts program, please obtain their form and program guidelines.  Complete and sign the form, and mail it with your donation (or electronic receipt if you donated online) to:  Hailey’s Hope Foundation, Attn:  Matching Gifts, P.O. Box 32, Goshen, New York 10924.   We will take care of the rest!  The company will then send its matching donation directly to Hailey’s Hope Foundation.  If you have any questions about your company’s matching donation, please contact your Human Resources Department or Matching Gifts Department.

If your company does not participate, please contact your Human Resources Department to see if you can establish a matching gifts program for donations to Hailey’s Hope Foundation.

Hailey’s Hope Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (Tax ID# 26-1387176) and donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
