Sophia Noelle was born at 28 weeks weighing just 1 lb, the size of a 24 weaker.
She was delivered early due to severe IUGR. Sophia spent 81 days in the NICU at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital and Orange Regional Hospital. Today she is 3 1/2 years old and just as strong and feisty as she was in the NICU. She started PRE-K3 this year and is advancing wonderfully. She loves gymnastics. She has completed all of her milestones within her corrected age. She is still small, not even on the growth chart, but that doesn’t stop her! “Tho she is small she is fierce!

Antonia Marie was born at 29 weeks, weighing 1 lb 9oz. She was also delivered early due to severe IUGR. Antonia spent 71 days in the NICU at Westchester Medical Center. Today Antonia is 18 months old. She is full of energy and completing her milestones on her actual age, not corrected. She has a speech delay, but is getting services. Antonia loves her food! You wouldn’t never think she was a preemie. She is growing well and is on the growth chart.
I was blessed to have Hailey’s Hope Foundation help me during both of my daughters NICU stays at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital.
