(Rye, NY—August 9, 2010) On a hot August day, the Zion children (Amber, Kaitlyn, Leah, Alence, Jake & Kaden) had a lemonade stand along Midland Avenue in Rye, New York, to raise money for their favorite charity, Hailey’s Hope Foundation (www.haileyshopefoundation.org) – a local charity that helps NICU families. It was a huge success thanks to the determination of the kids and the generosity of passers-by. The kids raised $60.25 in just two hours. Their spirit of giving did not take a summer vacation. A job well done!
